Scope and cost codes set up front
The job, its scope list and its cost codes are created once in PROSOL. Everything downstream inherits them.
ITP raised against the scope
QUALSOL attaches the inspection and test plan to that scope, carrying the same cost code — so quality evidence files against the same line as the budget.
Safety paperwork at the work front
SWMS, JSAs and Take 5s are raised in SAFESOL against the same work front, from a phone, as the crew starts.

Station and switchroom battery banks sit idle until the moment everything depends on them. Testing is the only way to know they will hold.
Routine discharge testing
Proving capacity, not assuming it
A controlled discharge under known load, measured against the bank’s rated capacity, with cell voltages logged throughout. It is the only test that tells you what the bank will actually deliver in a real event — a float voltage reading does not.
Typically: on a routine cycle set by the asset owner, or after a suspected event, a charger fault or a cell replacement.
